RecordFlow is a Zoom to Google Drive integration that backs up your cloud recordings to Drive automatically. Connect your Zoom and Google accounts once and pick a destination folder — that's the whole setup. From then on every new cloud recording (video, audio, transcript, and chat) is copied straight to that folder as each meeting ends, with no manual downloads or uploads.
Yes — saving Zoom recordings to Google Drive automatically is exactly what RecordFlow does. The moment a cloud recording finishes, it's streamed to your Drive within about 5 minutes, triggered by Zoom's webhooks, with no action on your part. Set it up once and every future meeting is saved automatically.
Any paid Zoom plan (Pro, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise) with cloud recording enabled. Free Zoom plans don't include cloud recording, so there's nothing to archive.
RecordFlow uses secure sign-in through Zoom and Google — we never see or store your passwords. Your recordings are streamed through our servers in small pieces and uploaded to your Drive. Nothing is permanently stored on our side.
All recording files that Zoom produces: video (MP4), audio (M4A), transcripts, and chat logs.
Most recordings appear in your Drive within about 5 minutes of finishing, triggered by Zoom webhooks. If a transfer fails it's retried automatically (up to 2 retries per sync job), and an hourly backup job catches anything that slipped through — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Yes. You can choose your personal Drive or any shared Drive you have access to. RecordFlow creates a dedicated folder for your recordings.
Google Drive is generally available. Dropbox and OneDrive are both fully built and open to early adopters, as is YouTube — which uploads each recording as a private video on your own channel rather than as files, so it archives the video alone, not transcripts or chat logs. Auto-delete works there too — RecordFlow confirms YouTube finished processing the video and stored it at the size we sent before removing anything from Zoom. Amazon S3 remains a candidate. Email support@recordflow.org — for Dropbox, OneDrive or YouTube, we'll enable it on your account; for Amazon S3, tell us a bit about your setup. We build what users ask for, so the more people who write in for a destination, the higher it moves on the list.
Yes — RecordFlow's admin app archives every member's cloud recordings into a single Drive folder you control. The admin app is currently in invite-only beta. Email support@recordflow.org from your work email and we'll set you up. Alternatively, each host can install the user app individually and point at the same shared Drive folder.
Some meetings recorded with Zoom's AI Companion have a transcript but no cloud recording, so the transcript never reaches Drive on its own. RecordFlow can archive it to your Drive as a Google Doc, alongside your other recordings. It's currently enabled for early adopters — email support@recordflow.org to get in early.
Yes. When AI Companion summarizes a recorded meeting, RecordFlow can archive that summary to your Drive as both a Markdown file and a Google Doc, in the same folder as the recording. We're rolling it out to early adopters first — email support@recordflow.org to get in early.
