About RecordFlow

RecordFlow is built and operated by Adam Dobrawy, based in Warsaw, Poland. The service came out of a recurring, expensive annoyance: Zoom's cloud recording storage is capped, and once it fills up your next meeting isn't recorded at all. Archiving older recordings to Google Drive by hand solves the storage problem — but it's tedious, time-consuming, and easy to forget. RecordFlow automates that archive so a full Zoom cloud never costs you a meeting.

We care about the people actually using RecordFlow. Every decision starts from a simple test: is this the tool we'd want for ourselves? Beyond our own use, we're building a community of customers who reclaim hours every month by handing the archive over to automation — and who tell us what to build next.

RecordFlow is published on the Zoom App Marketplace. Installation takes under a minute — Zoom OAuth, then Google Drive OAuth, then your recordings start archiving on their own.
