What's happening
OneDrive has no folder picker in RecordFlow, because Microsoft doesn’t offer one for apps like this: it grants RecordFlow a dedicated folder of its own, Apps/RecordFlow, and nothing outside it. That’s a deliberate trade — RecordFlow can never see the rest of your OneDrive — but it means the folder appears somewhere you didn’t choose. Inside, recordings are organized by year, then one folder per meeting: Apps → RecordFlow → 2026 → 2026-03-21 – Weekly Standup.
The fast fix
- 1Open your RecordFlow dashboard and click Open folder on the OneDrive card. This is the reliable route — it points at the exact folder for your account, personal or work.
- 2No dashboard handy? Open OneDrive and look for Apps → RecordFlow. On a work or school account it sits under Documents, so the path is
Documents → Apps → RecordFlow. - 3Open the year folder, then the Date – Meeting Topic folder for your meeting.
Other ways to fix it
- Use the email. If you have email notifications on, each “recordings are ready” email links straight to the archived files.
- Search by meeting topic. OneDrive search covers the app folder, so searching for the meeting’s topic finds the recording without walking the tree.
- Work or school account? Your OneDrive lives on a SharePoint address like
contoso-my.sharepoint.comrather thanonedrive.live.com. Both are your OneDrive; the folder is in the same place inside it. - Admin app: each team member’s recordings live in a sub-folder named after them:
RecordFlow → Member Name → Year → Date – Meeting Topic. - Check the dashboard. Your sync history lists every archived meeting — if a meeting isn’t marked as synced yet, it hasn’t reached OneDrive. Start with my recordings aren’t syncing if nothing has arrived at all.
