Where are my recordings on YouTube?

Nothing is missing — private videos don't appear on your public channel page, which is where most people look first.

What's happening

YouTube isn’t a file store, so there are no folders and no per-meeting grouping — each recording becomes a video on your channel, uploaded private. Private videos are hidden from your public channel page, so looking there shows nothing even when every upload succeeded.

The fast fix

  1. 1Open YouTube Studio and sign in with the Google account you connected.
  2. 2Go to Content. Your recordings are listed there with visibility Private.
  3. 3Each video is titled meeting topic — date, so sorting by date lines them up with your Zoom history.

Other ways to fix it

  • Check you’re on the right channel. A Google account can own several channels (including Brand Accounts). RecordFlow uploads to the one that was active when you connected — switch channels in YouTube Studio to check the others.
  • Only the video is there. Transcripts, chat logs and summaries aren’t uploaded to YouTube, because it stores videos rather than files. If you need those, pick a file destination — see archive destinations.
  • Admin app: there are no per-member folders. A channel is flat, so every archived member’s recordings sit in the one channel rather than in a sub-folder named after them. Sort by date, or use the meeting topic. If you need recordings separated per member, pick a folder destination — see archive destinations.
  • Auto-delete works here too, if you turned it on. Before removing anything from Zoom, RecordFlow checks that YouTube finished processing the video, didn’t reject it, and stored it at the size we uploaded. A video still processing just waits for the next day’s check. What that check can’t see is later: a channel that gets struck or suspended takes its videos with it, so if these recordings are ones you couldn’t stand to lose, keep a file destination as well — see archive destinations.
  • Nothing uploaded at all? Start with my recordings aren’t syncing — a local (not cloud) recording is the usual cause.
