Where are my recordings in Google Drive?

If your dashboard shows a meeting as synced, the files are already in your Drive — they're just one search away.

What's happening

RecordFlow saves every recording into the Google Drive folder you connected during setup. Unless you picked a different folder, that's a folder named RecordFlow Recordings in your My Drive. Inside, recordings are organized by year, then one folder per meeting: RecordFlow Recordings → 2026 → 2026-03-21 – Weekly Standup.

The fast fix

  1. 1Open drive.google.com.
  2. 2In the search box, type RecordFlow Recordings (or the folder name you picked during setup).
  3. 3Open the year folder, then the Date – Meeting Topic folder for your meeting.

Other ways to fix it

  • Use the email. If you have email notifications on, each "recordings are ready" email links straight to the archived files.
  • Search by meeting topic. If you renamed or moved the folder, RecordFlow follows it — your files are still there. Search Drive for the meeting's topic instead.
  • Admin app: each team member's recordings live in a sub-folder named after them, inside the folder your team connected: Your folder → Member Name → Year → Date – Meeting Topic.
  • Check the dashboard. Your sync history lists every archived meeting — if a meeting isn't marked as synced yet, it hasn't reached Drive.
