Zoom recordings to Dropbox

Archive Zoom cloud recordings to a dedicated RecordFlow app folder in your Dropbox.

Fully built and open to early adopters — email support@recordflow.org and we'll enable it on your account.

Connecting Dropbox

  1. Email support@recordflow.org and we'll enable Dropbox on your account.
  2. Choose Dropbox on the connect screen and sign in with Dropbox.
  3. There is no folder to pick: Dropbox grants RecordFlow its own app folder and nothing outside it, and creates that folder for you.

Where your recordings land

A RecordFlow folder that Dropbox creates for the app, with one folder per year and one per meeting inside it. Dropbox names the folder that contains it in your account language, and you may have renamed it, so open a meeting from your RecordFlow sync history rather than hunting for a path.

What gets archived

  • The video recording
  • Audio-only recording
  • Transcripts — the raw .vtt and a readable .docx
  • Chat log
  • AI Companion transcript and meeting summary, where your Zoom plan produces them

Deleting the Zoom original after archiving

Supported. Turn on auto-delete in your RecordFlow settings and the Zoom copy is removed once the archive is confirmed. RecordFlow verifies the stored file before anything is deleted from Zoom.

Other destinations

One destination per account, and you can switch at any time — recordings already archived stay where they are, only new ones move.
