Zoom recordings to Google Drive

Archive Zoom cloud recordings to a Google Drive folder you choose, including Shared Drives.

Generally available — no waiting list, connect it from your dashboard.

Connecting Google Drive

  1. Sign in to RecordFlow with Zoom, then choose Google Drive on the connect screen.
  2. Google asks you to pick a folder. Choose your own Drive or any Shared Drive you can write to — RecordFlow only ever sees the folder you pick and the files it creates.
  3. That's it. The first sync starts automatically.

Where your recordings land

Inside the folder you picked, one folder per year and one per meeting — for example 2026 / 2026-05-30-1430-Weekly sync.

What gets archived

  • The video recording
  • Audio-only recording
  • Transcripts — the raw .vtt and a readable Google Doc
  • Chat log
  • AI Companion transcript and meeting summary, where your Zoom plan produces them

Deleting the Zoom original after archiving

Supported. Turn on auto-delete in your RecordFlow settings and the Zoom copy is removed once the archive is confirmed. RecordFlow verifies the stored file byte-for-byte before anything is deleted from Zoom.

Other destinations

One destination per account, and you can switch at any time — recordings already archived stay where they are, only new ones move.
