Someone on your team is doing this right now: open Zoom, click into a recording, click Download, wait for a multi-gigabyte file to save, then open Drive or Dropbox and upload it back into the right client or project folder. The failure mode that stings most isn't a recording that's obviously missing — it's the one nobody checks for until a client asks for it. A manual process has no alert for "this week didn't get backed up." It just quietly doesn't happen, and the first sign is usually someone asking for a session that turns out to no longer exist anywhere.
How to automate Zoom recording backups
